Serving Newark, OH

block. We would highly recommend this company. From the ease of scheduling our consultation online, to the actual consultation and subsequent conversations, all was very professional. The two guys who did the work (Taylor and K.C.) were very hard working, very diligent and meticulous—probably not too easy when building a 10’ wall, and having to fit it around a large culvert pipe. Even on 20 degree days they showed up, worked hard and did a fantastic job. All work was done within the original service description, and completed in the time frame specified. Needless to say, we are very pleased.

We hired Natural Image for various hard scaping projects including the design and creation of a beautiful waterfall. The team went above our expectations with the final product. We found them extremely professional in all aspects from planning to completion. They listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the final product. All workers were courteous and respectful of our property and our time. We would highly recommend this company.

Simply awesome experience. I received numerous quotes for my front retaining/landscape wall. I knew as soon as Garrett and Anthony stopped out, I knew this was the outfit to hire. These guys are top-notch to say the least. Tons of information and suggestions. Don't worry about always getting the lowest quote. Most times, you get what you pay for. Their quote was middle of the pack, but, most importantly, it was the most detailed. Anthony and Taylor did the work on the wall. These two were the consummate professionals. Knowledgeable, kept me up to date on what was occurring, cared for the surrounding property (to include neighbors lawn), and left the place like they hadn't been there. Also, just great, fun people to talk to. I couldn't have asked for better guys to be at the house. They replaced the failing wall with beautiful Versa-Lok brick and it turned out fantastic. If I ever need landscaping done around the house in the future, Natural Image will get the call. I would certainly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. I've already had a few neighbors ask who did the work. Great experience to say the least! Thank you Garrett, Anthony, and Taylor!

I had some issues with finding reliable lawn mowing services. I called these guys and even though my lawn was a mess, they made it look great. And they showed up the same day I called! They came back again today - they have been so reliable and so nice. I'm grateful to have found them. Great job, guys! Thank you!

Contacted 10 landscaping companies in the greater Newark area for an estimate on a new construction home. Our offer was contingent on this estimate and we had limited time to complete the process. Garrett with Natural Image was the ONLY company to return my call and was able to fit us in on short notice. He gave us an honest estimate and provided valuable input on the lot. He will be my go to for all future landscaping needs! Quality customer service is hard to come by these days!
